This is a two-story, six-unit apartment building. The photo was taken before construction.

The building was retrofitted using steel moment frame at carport and plywood shear walls. By using FEMA P-807 analysis methodology, it allowed significant reduction in the scope of retrofit and construction costs as compared to the previous design offered by another engineering firm.
