Seismic Evaluation and Strengthening, including Soft Story Buildings
Enginious Structures utilize the most advanced approaches and tools to assist in the evaluation and upgrading of existing buildings to help reduce existing hazards in buildings and significantly improve their performance in an earthquake. We offer the following services for earthquake resistance assessment and seismic strengthening:
- Structural evaluation reports
- Seismic engineering assessments, including Probable Maximum Loss (PML) Reports
- Structural Seismic analysis, rehabilitation and upgrading

In most cases, Enginious Structures will provide an initial inspection at no cost to the building owner.
